Payment for the first month must be made in full prior to installation and will not be pro-rated should the property sell before the month's end. 2. If the property remains on the market over a month, the second month's rent will be charged automatically should you choose to continure the rental. 3. If any furnishings are sold with the property the return delivery will be credited accordingly. 4. Cards will be provided by UC with a complete listing of accessories and furniture used in the home with pricing available for potential customers. 5. Urban Country would like access to any photography professionally taken of each room, or access to take our own photography. 6. Any pieces soiled, damaged or stolen during use will be purchased at the Urban Country price. 7. Delivery charges are for the DC Metropolitan area, additional charges applicable for outlying areas. 8. A one time 10% credit will be applied for any referrals resulting in a future staging contract.
